Insertion & Assembly

Our folder/inserter machine can fold and insert up to 3 sheets at once and insert into a business #10 envelope. Not to mention, it also seals at the same time!

List Maintenance/ Data Entry
Are you finding that you are receiving too many returns after sending out a mass mailing? Perhaps your mailing list hasn't been updated for several months because of you busy schedule. We provide the List Maintenance service where we will make the updates for you.
By sending us your original list along with any address additions or changes, we can import it into our database program and keep your list up to date. Our postal software will "clean-up" your list by adding missing zip codes and correcting misspelled street information.

National Change of Address
The National Change of Address (NCOA) service is a wonderful service that can be done to your mailing list prior to a direct mailing. Your list will be compared to the USPS Change of Address database and then updated. Now you don't have to worry about receiving a bundle of return mail and paying several postal return fees.
